The purpose of this program is to build "your way" of going-to-market.

You will gain skills to create predictable revenue by crafting a Sales Operating System for your organization. 

This program will be a combination of both online and offline training. What's included:

• 25+ Video walk-throughs
• 1:1 Mentorship
• 20+ Templates & Assets
• Sequence Formats
• Homework & Feedback 
• Guest Speakers

A combination of trainer lead, video tutorials, & and asynchronous work. 

You can either pay monthly or upfront through a credit card or ACH. 

You will have 2 live sessions per month, each lasting 90 mins. There will be a 1-hour teaching session followed by 30 minutes of Q&A. 

You will then have optional videos, exercises, homework, access to discussion forums, and 1:1 mentorship opportunities.

In total, you can expect to spend 5-10 hours per month, not including time spent rewatching videos or using the bonus content.

Attendees are asked to commit to attending all trainings. Your role at the company should be in a position to make fundamental process changes.
